The 24/7 DL Helpdesk has been incorporated into a sleek, new chatbot! Students and faculty now have 24/7, 365 access to the DL Helpdesk Chatbot* provided by Anthology Helpdesk. This chatbot can assist with technical and log-in issues anytime day or night.

To access this chatbot, click the blue message icon (Amazon Connect/Anthology Helpdesk chatbot icon of a white message bubble on a blue, circular background.) in the bottom right corner of your screen on any page within Moodle. Any requests that the chatbot cannot resolve will be elevated to Anthology's live support agents.

Anthology's support representatives can also provide students and faculty with phone-based Moodle technical support outside of normal business hours. If you need after-hours phone support, please call R-CCC's main number (252-862-1200) and select the 24/DL Helpdesk option.
