I've always wanted to work in the healthcare field as a nurse but never had the time to go to school to do it. Now I just turned 48 yrs old and I have free time now so I said it's finally my time! My mom passed away a few years ago of cancer at only 60 yrs old and I wish I had done this sooner so she could be proud of me. She knew this was always something I wanted to do in my life and if I make it through and become an RN, I know it's because she is still with me pushing me through.
