The desire to help other people. My primary role will be to provide care for patients in their most vulnerable state. It requires a sense of compassion and a drive to make a positive impact on others' lives.

I was inspired to work in childcare because of the love I have for children and teaching them, I enjoy seeing progress in their development and I give children rewards for the accomplishments they have achieved, having a good relationship with the children parents or guardian are important as well. Learning and experiencing more knowledge about children and childcare are inspiring for me to continue to achieve a goal in becoming a successful childcare provider.
