There is actually a very personal for the reason I have choose the Nursing field.  My 38 year old daughter passed away last December by a accidental overdose.  She was a Cardiac Nurse and was wonderful.   I am currently working at an inpatient Detox center. I came out of retirement to work with patients in mental health or Addiction crisis.  If I could say or help one patient then my work will be done.  That's why I am seeking an Nursing degree in Addition.
